I recently had my kitchen remodeled by Bassam, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Bassam took the time to carefully measure and discuss all the details with us, making sure he understood exactly what we wanted.
He installed a new backsplash, changed our countertops to quartz, made it a waterfall island, and put in the sink, cup rinser and faucet I wanted. He also made sure everything matched perfectly with our existing cabinets, covering all gaps and extending the cabinets.
His team was respectful, clean, and thorough. They made sure everything was done well and properly inspected. The attention to detail was fantastic.
I highly recommend Bassam for any kitchen remodel and we're happy with the model home kitchen look.

My wife and I wanted to do a complete overhaul of our main bathroom and our first quote was with Bassam. By the end of the conversation, we knew that him and his company were the best fit and we cancelled the other quotes. Going with the first contractor could be deemed as risky but he was so meticulous, detail oriented and competitive with the price while providing a great vision to meet your every need, that it was hard to pass up. He works with a very trust worthy and reliable crew that ensures excellent work as well as cleanliness throughout the entire process. Bassam himself came by frequently to make sure the project was on course and every part of the bathroom met our standards. Francisco, the multitalented tile man, was phenomenal with his work as well as the plumbers, electricians, countertop crew and painters that Bassam has as part of his crew. They were polite, knowledgeable and always cleaned up after each day and made sure to cover all areas in the vicinity with plastic to protect our possessions. This project was originally set for a 6-8 week timeframe but was done in 4 weeks flat with no major issues or setbacks. We are having him complete two future projects as well based off the work that was done in our bathroom. If you want a very trustworthy contractor/business owner who is up front, honest and backs up his work, give Bassam and his company a call. You wont be disappointed.

This is by far the best company that we have used for remodeling. The owner of the company, Bassam Mirza, is on top of it and he was very present during the entire process. His communication is above par. Every sub contractor who came into our home was very efficient and professional and I could see the level of respect that they have for Bassam.
The job was completed in less time than I had anticipated and was without any delays. The quality of the work is beautiful! I appreciated all of Bassams' artistic input as well.

We had our bathrooms remodeled by Floor Designs & Remodeling and had a great experience. We had Bassam manage the projects. He was able to start the projects on the timeline that we requested and finished around the time that he said it would be done. He was very responsive and was able to communicate with us on what was going to be worked on in advance. The contractors that were working on our projects were also reliable and professional and made sure that our furniture was covered while the work was being done. When we pointed out any issues, they were able to resolve the issues quickly. We have been enjoying our newly renovated bathrooms and would use them again.

On two occasions, I engaged Bassam Mirza with Floor Designs & Remodeling, and cannot say enough good things about him. The first project was a major kitchen renovation. He came to the house to discuss what I had in mind, and showed up the next day with a few samples that perfectly captured the direction we were going. Having never been through this process before, we agreed on a tentative direction, but I asked to go to a showroom to see more samples. After spending an entire day there, I realized that after hearing what I was looking for and knowing what the options were, Bassam knew what would look best. I went with what he originally brought to the house, and it was then that he earned my compelte trust. As a result, when it was time to renovate the master bath and two guest baths, I didn't want to work with anyone else!
Not only is Bassam wonderful, but his crews are as well. The two projects were 5 years apart, but several of the crew-members were the same, and I appreciated the consistency. With any job this large, there will inevitably be hiccups, but rest assured when that happens, one call to Bassam is all that is required to get things addressed to your satisfaction. He is very detail oriented, a great communicator, and as dependable as they come. I have no reservation in recommending him to take care of any variety of projects.

We remodeled our kitchen through floor designs & remodeling . Mr. Mirzas professional work with his team were extremely great. They were always on time , he gave us lots of detailed advices of what to use regarding our backsplash choices & colors . We were so pleased with the results & loved everything including the cabinets, the top counters & the wall paint. The workers were so experienced, on time & used covers to insure keeping the whole area clean without any messy work. They also were all polite & finished the job as scheduled without delay. We also hired them to do other home projects as painting, bath remodeling & our roof . They did such great jobs that encouraged us to keep hiring them. I recommend this company for homeowners who look for quality ,professional & on schedule team for their home projects.

Remodeling our bathroom with Floor Designs & Remodeling LLC was excellent. Mr Mirza discussed all details with us and drew a sketch for the design. Everything followed nicely during the installation. Considering the scope of the work (granite countertops, backsplash, under cabinets lighting, sink, faucet & outlet covers plus an island built to my specifications, I thought the time taken to complete the job was good.
All the contractors were timely, professional, answered my questions and debris was kept to a minimum and the jobs were done perfectly.
I received several bids and felt /their price was fair overall based on what I wanted.

After talking to the manager letting him know what colors I wanted he came out with tile samples which I really liked. After the bath, shower, floor tiles and cabinets were gone everything started taking shape. All the plumbers, tile guys and painters were very nice to work with and if I had a concern they listened. All I all it turned out to be a very pleasant experience and master bathroom is very beautiful.

They remodeled both my bathrooms. From dingy to MODERN as a I requested. Bassam is very responsive and his crew did an excellent job. The crew listened to me and gave me their inputs which I appreciated. Bassam made sure everything was going good and would stop by to see how the job was going throughout the entire process. They finished the jobs on time. I love my new bathrooms!

We had a wonderful experience with floor & decor services! They did a fabulous job on our bathroom installing a new standalone bathtub and beautiful tile underneath it and painting in places that needed to be fixed up! They were clean and tidy and never left a mess, on time and very courteous. I would have them again if I ever do remodeling in this home for sure
