I previously hired Bassam and his crew on two occasions... once for a major kitchen remodel (2014), and the second time for a remodel of 3 bathrooms (2019). Fast forward almost 6 years and I found a matching corner unit for my breakfast area. Problem was, it was in an oak finish and I needed it stained to match the cabinetry and the other corner unit they had stained when the kitchen remodel was done.

Theyre a professional, honest, respectful and skillful group of contractors and subs and pricing is very fair for the turnkey project and end results you get. I wish Id taken before and after pictures to show the dramatic change and the puctures attached really dont do it the justice it deserves. In the bedroom were brown drapes and dull ecru paint. Now, the shutters and gray paint are new and an electric wall fireplace is being added. Id like to add that protection (draping) of furniture and taping paper to the floor to prevent tracking was taken on every visit during demolition and all scraps and debris were hauled off which I greatly appreciated too. He was able to start the projects on the timeline that we requested and finished around the time that he said it would be done. He came to the house to discuss what I had in mind, and showed up the next day with a few samples that perfectly captured the direction we were going. Having never been through this process before, we agreed on a tentative direction, but I asked to go to a showroom to see more samples. After spending an entire day there, I realized that after hearing what I was looking for and knowing what the options were, Bassam knew what would look best. I went with what he originally brought to the house, and it was then that he earned my compelte trust. We remodeled our kitchen through floor designs & remodeling . Mr. Mirza’s professional work with his team were extremely great. They were always on time , he gave us lots of detailed advices of what to use regarding our back-splash choices & colors . We were so pleased with the results & loved everything including the cabinets, the top counters & the wall paint. The workers were so experienced, on time & used covers to insure keeping the whole area clean without any messy work. They also were all polite & finished the job as scheduled without delay. We also hired them to do other home projects as painting, bath remodeling & our roof . They did such great jobs that encouraged us to keep hiring them. The crew from Floor Designs and Remodeling removed carpet from 3 bedrooms and old ceramic tile from bath area along with the tub. They proceeded to install ceramic tile on the floors. They built a standup shower
with ceramic and procelain tile. All of the work was perfomed with each member of the team wearing masks and cleaning the work area everyday,
